In Workout of the Day

Remember, there will be NO CLASS this Saturday as we are participating in Fight Gone Bad 5.  If you would like to come out and support those of us who are doing the workout, please do so!  There is a suggested $15 donation to the Wounded Warriors, CrossFit Foundation and LIVESTRONG, and that includes food and drink.  Gates open at 9am and the event starts at 10am over at Airrosti Rehab Center, address is 7410 Blanco Road (Blanco and McCarty).  It will be held in the front parking lot, parking is behind the building.

This is absolutely amazing.  He’s 20 years old folks and that’s 800lbs.  If you don’t squat this low yet, then you need to.
