2011 CrossFit Games Open WOD 11.1

If you haven’t noticed, there has been a lot of talk about the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games Open which begin February 22nd.  It’s a 6-week long, online competition to see which Males, Females and Teams will travel to their respective Regional events to compete for a chance as traveling to California for the Reebok CrossFit Games!  If you’re interested in competing for yourself and Mission CrossFit SA, talk to one of the coaches.  We would be honored to have anyone and everyone who wants to compete and represent us in the Open this year.  Last year we had 22 people, I would love to have a ton more than that.  Even if you think you wouldn’t do well at everything, still register because you may just excel at a WOD where it caters directly to you!  Maybe we have Double Unders and Pull-ups and you rock at both of those.  You can definitely help our team make it to regional and impress yourself as well.  Check it all out by clicking here.

The WOD today is the first WOD from the 2011 Open.  Try and Compete with the best!  The scores below are some of our scores from last year and recent attempts at the WOD.
