We have had a great response to the Paleo Challenge that we start this coming Saturday!  We have almost 50 athletes signed up to do it.  It’s going to be huge!  Make sure to get your pictures/measurements done by Friday and get your participation fee in as well.  We will begin at 8am sharp Saturday morning, so please don’t be late.  Also, there will complementary sports massages done by my good friend and masseuse, Robert Baldwin.  Some of you have worked with him before, but those of you who haven’t, he is the man to see about aches and pains.

We have also ordered new T-shirts for the gym.  They should be in this week or early next week.  Sizes range from XS – XL and are unisex shirts.  They are the same fabric as before, American Apparel 50/50 blend and will retail at $20 each.  One of the shirts is going to be a higher/softer blend of fabric, American Apparel Tri-Blend 25/25/50, and will retail at $25. Here are what they will look like:
