In Workout of the Day

Man do I love CrossFit.  You can’t truly enjoy CrossFit until you start making fun of yourself doing it.

Starting next week we are going to start having a group of us get together who are thinking about competing in our affiliate team for the CrossFit Sectionals, Regionals and hopefully the Games!  If you are interested, come and talk to one of the coaches.

20 Wall Squats

15 Sit-ups

10 Push-ups

Max Push-Press

WOD: For Time:

50 – 40 – 30 – 20 – 10 Wall Ball Shots

10 – 15 – 20 – 25 – 30 Burpees
