We’re 5 days into the Paleo Challenge and people are already seeing results!  We didn’t expect you to start on the weekend, of course, I know I didn’t!  But even since Monday people have seen incredible results!  Keep up the hard work guys, it will pay off in the end when you see those before and after pictures.  The Initial Paleo Challenge Rankings are posted at the gym, be sure to check out where you rank.  Also, as of today Travis Catalani will be offering produce (fruit and veggies) boxes that can be ordered and picked up at the gym on Mondays to help you stick with your Paleo Lifestyle.  Order sheets should be available by this evening, orders must be placed by Friday.  We will try this out and see how it works.   In order to place your order your sheets must be turned to a Coach at the Office.
