In Workout of the Day

Make sure that if you haven’t registered for the affiliate team yet that you do it soon!  You only have until next week to do so.  Don’t wait until the last minute to do it, because thousands of other athletes will do the same thing and the system will more than likely fail like it did last year.  Also, if you have yet to vote for affiliate team captains please do so!  You have until tomorrow to vote.  These two athletes (male and female) are going to represent the team/gym and provide you with all the information you need.  Set up workouts, correspond information and so on.  They should be someone you would want to replace you on a team.

Reebok CrossFit Games Open Registration 

Next Saturday, February 25th, there will be NO morning classes because we will be hosting the first week of the Reebok CrossFit Game Open at our gym.  All the affiliates in the city come together to compete against one another to help push for higher scores.  Each affiliate will be sending a select group of their best athletes to compete, so it should be a great event!  This will happen each Saturday, we just get the honor of hosting the first week!  We would love all of you to come out and support us.  If you would like to volunteer/judge, there is a sign up at the front desk.  Please make sure that if you sign up you are available and won’t call me the day before and say you can’t.  Commitment is final!

Mobility WOD:

FOAM ROLLER.  Sore from deadlifts?  This will help.

WOD #1: 8min AMRAP

8 Ring Dips (1 Muscle-up + 7 Ring Dips)

8 Sit-ups

8 KBS (32/24kg)

8 Weighted Squats (45/25)
