Only 3 days left until our first Paleo Challenge!  If you haven’t signed up yet, you can through our online scheduler.  Don’t be the one wishing you had done it when you see the changes athletes are making who are doing Paleo! We will be having a follow-up day for the people who cannot make it Sunday, so come talk to us about that.
