In Workout of the Day

IMPORTANT!

There will be no classes after 8:30am this Friday through the weekend.  We are headed up to Fort Worth, TX for the South Central Regionals!  I will post the video web cast link if you want to watch.  So, to repeat, we will be having the 5:30am, 6:30am and 8:30am classes this Friday ONLY.  So, wake up early is you usually don’t and come get a hard workout in!  We might even do a WOD from the Regional it’s self!

Such a huge CFT day yesterday!  We had almost every person PR in a lift and some even PR in all 3 lifts!  It was an amazing day!  I cannot wait to see what happens next time CFT comes around.  I knew all those thrusters and squat cleans would come in handy!
