We will keep posting the schedule for this weekend all week to make sure everyone gets the memo.  So, here it is again.

Labor Day Weekend Hours

FRIDAY – NO 4:30pm or 5:30pm Classes

(*All other classes are still on)

SATURDAY – 9:00am ONLY

SUNDAY – CLOSED

MONDAY – 5:00pm ONLY

(*there are NO NORMAL CLASSES)

BUY-IN:

200m Run

Arm Circles

PVC Warm-up

Strength WOD:

Build to a 1 rep max Split Jerk (12 min)

Drop to 80% and perform 3 sets of max reps

WOD: For Time: (20min)

50 Air Squats

*Then

3 Rounds

7 Clean and Jerks (115/75)

14 Burpees

21 LHPU 

*Then

50 Air Squats
