Bio:

Neal is a CrossFit Level 1 certified trainer.  He grew up on the plains of West Texas playing football and has a passion for moving heavy objects.  Neal was an avid weightlifter until finding CrossFit.  The gains he has seen in total fitness from CrossFit have inspired him so much that he wants to share this lifestyle with others.  He believes that we can “improve every aspect of our daily lives through fitness.”  Neal holds a bachelors degree from Colorado State University and is currently an Account Executive with The RK Group.
