We have a few announcements for everyone to start the week off!

***Several of the Coaches will be attending Brighton Center’s “A Taste of the Northside”.  It has been voted “Best Fiesta Event” the past two years and we’re sure it’ll be a hit again this year.  Here is a description from their website:

“A Taste of the Northside offers guests the opportunity to enjoy entrée samplings from more than 60 of San Antonio’s finest restaurants, sample from more than 35 wine varieties, chose from a large selection of beer, listen to music provided by three different bands and all with the convenience of one ticket price.”

***We are currently working on a date for the gym golf tourney.  We will keep you posted as we continue to work out the logistics.

***Finally, our first specialty classes will be launching very soon!  It looks like we will launch a 6 AM session sometime in early April.  The class will meet 2x/week to work on advanced olympic and powerlifting techniques to later be applied in an “Advanced” style class.  Please contact Coach Drew or Coach Nick for more details if you are interested!

Work up to and find 5 Rep Max Back Squat

Then Perform 20 Reps @ 80-90% of your 5 RM Back Squat
