		<description><![CDATA[Hi, I am a current CrossFitter.  In this past year, I have started running more in longer distance type of events.  I&#039;ve done multipe 5K&#039;s, 10K&#039;s, 1/2 marathon relays and will be doing my first 1/2 marathon in March of this year and am signed up for my first full in November (Rock-n-Roll).  I CF 3X a week with a CF gym and 1 to 2X on my own at home.  During the weekends, I will run on my own or catch runs with a running group.  My current gym does not have a CF Endurance program.  I am interested out in checking out a class.  I am interested in adding a structure endurance program to what I am currently doing.  What is your class schedule like and what is the cost.  Thank you for your time and attention.
