8 HSPU – 20 Pull-ups – 40 Double Unders

8 HSPU – 15 Pull-ups – 30 Double Unders

8 HSPU – 10 Pull-ups – 20 Double Unders

8 HSPU – 5 Pull-ups – 10 Double Unders

*All sets are unbroken.  You have 2 attempts at each set, if you miss again on the second set, perform 5 Burpees and pick up where you let off (meaning, if you get 3 of 8 HSPU on your second attempt, you do 5 Burpees then pick back up at 3 HSPU).
