The 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games Open registration starts today!  Make sure to register and make your profile if you plan to compete this year!  You have until February 22nd when the first workout is posted, but don’t wait until then!  2012 Reebok CrossFit Open

Also, for our Affiliate team this year, we are going to have 1 team and we are in the process of selecting team captains.  We want only those of you who are competing in the Open to select 1 Male and Female who you believe represent Mission CrossFit SA in the best way and manner.  These two athletes should be committed, self-driven and selfless.  If you wanted someone to take your spot on the team, who would it be?  There is a voting box on the whiteboard, make sure to get your vote in by February 22nd!

*Start in the middle, sprint 10yards, touch, sprint 20yards, touch, sprint 10yards to where you started.  Keep track of your slowest time.
