:90 to Complete 200m Run then ME Burpees

:90 Rest

WOD

10 Min AMRAP:

10 Box Jumps (24/20)

10 Weighted Situps (20/14)

1/2 Shuttle (1st Line – Back – 2nd Line – Back)
