5:30am, 6:30am, 8:30am and 9:30am ONLY

(Gym will close after the 9:30am class)

Saturday, July 6th   

9:00am ONLY

Sunday, July 7th   

4:00pm ONLY

400m Run

15 Air Squats

10 Lunge Forearm-to-Instep

STRENGTH

Every Minute on the Minute for 8 Minutes Perform:

Squat Clean + Front Squat + Jerk @ 80% of 1RM Clean and Jerk

WOD

4 Rounds for Time:

15 Burpees

5 Ground to Overhead @ Weight Used for Strength WOD
