Tomorrow is the start of our Paleo Challenge! I cannot wait to see how well everyone does. We have over 50 people signed up to take a stab at this challenge/competition. There is a lot at stake as well as a lot to lose, literally! I hope everyone works hard and pushes themselves with this challenge. I loved it the first time I did it and the results I got were astonishing, you will too if you work hard!
