Only a few days left to get signed up, measured and photographed for our Paleo Challenge this Saturday!  We are going to start at 8am and have our seminar for about an hour.  We will begin the workout right after that and run everyone in heats.  I know some of you need to leave early, so they will be going first, others, you will be placed in a heat, but should be able to get through everyone by about 11.
