Have You Seen My Snatch?

One of the hardest movements to do in Fitness.  An Olympic Snatch.  We spent a lot of time last week practicing and the weeks prior doing overhead squats and shoulder work to build up to this.  So, lets get at it!

Level 1 WOD:

3RFT

15 Snatches (95/65)

400m Run

15 Pull-ups

Level 2

Lift: 3 x 3 Snatch

WOD: On the minute, every minute, for 20 minutes

1 Snatch or 1 Power Snatch + 1 OHSQ

then

1 Clean or 1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat

(135/95) or scaled
