Lots of skill work today in the WOD!  Multiple technical movements making it important you pay attention, slow down to do them right and pay attention to make each rep count.  Had a great yoga class last night with 8 people who attended.  Had a few newbies/visitors taking the class.  If you haven’t tried it yet, you definitely need to.  It will help your flexibility a ton and prepare you more for your workouts!  Do you struggle with certain movements or exercises?  Then stop by next week.

15 Thrusters (115/75)

200m Sprint

40 KB Snatches (24kg/16kg)

200m Sprint

100 Squats

200m Sprint

20 HSPU

200m Sprint
