This Friday we will only be having a 5 AM, 5:30 AM, and 6:30 AM Classes.  There will also be open gym held from 5-7 PM on Friday evening.

Saturday there will a class held at 7 AM.

BOTH FRIDAY AND SATURDAY MORNING THE GYM MUST BE CLEARED BY 8 AM, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
