THREE IMPORTANT THINGS FOR THIS WEEK!

1. Paleo Challenge Measurements/Pictures are this week only!  They will be conducted in the class time you registered for.  Don’t forget to ask a coach before class to get your measurements done!

2. Sunday’s classes at 9:00am and 4:00pm will be 90 minute classes.  We will have the Paleo Seminar in class as well as the benchmark.  So, please make it to one of the two classes this Sunday!

3. Mission Kids will be having their first TRIAL class this Saturday, March 17, 2012 from 7:45am – 9:15am at our Old Location, CrossFit 78209.  This will allow the Moms and Dads the ability to take the 8:00am class at Mission CrossFit SA.  You can drop them off early, make your way to class and pick them up after.  YOU MUST REGISTER AT THE FRONT DESK FOR THEM TO ATTEND SATURDAY.  If you cannot make it to the gym to register, please email Coach Renee Ulrich at renee@missioncrossfitsa.com.   Cost will be $5/child.
