I hope everyone is having a great week!  I missed a lot of you in the box this week!  I hope so see y’all in action again soon! Don’t forget we have our Women Only Classes MWF at 9:30am with Melissa and we are starting our Olympic Lifting Classes this Saturday at 10:00am!  Definitely come check it out and learn the proper technique to make the lifts easier!
