CrossFit Endurance
Mission CrossFit SA’s CrossFit Endurance (CFE) program can be tailored to any individual who is looking to achieve a higher level of endurance. This can be for faster WOD times, 400m sprints, marathons and even triathlons. We will work with you on an individual basis to bring the best possible outcome for you from our program.
The foundation of our program is CrossFit. We use CrossFit and CrossFit fundamentals as the base of our athlete pyramid. From there, we build on multiple levels to achieve your goal. These levels include Nutrition, Metabolic Conditioning, Gymnastics, and Weight Lifting. From there we progressively move towards being Sport Specific. By combining these pyramid levels in a well-rounded endurance program, we cannot only improve your Cardio Respiratory Endurance, but we will also improve your overall strength and flexibility.
We have a basic CFE program that runs simultaneously within our regular CrossFit Classes. So, if are a current CrossFitter and you are looking to add a little bit of endurance work to your current program, check out our classes and see what we are talking about.

Hi, I am a current CrossFitter. In this past year, I have started running more in longer distance type of events. I’ve done multipe 5K’s, 10K’s, 1/2 marathon relays and will be doing my first 1/2 marathon in March of this year and am signed up for my first full in November (Rock-n-Roll). I CF 3X a week with a CF gym and 1 to 2X on my own at home. During the weekends, I will run on my own or catch runs with a running group. My current gym does not have a CF Endurance program. I am interested out in checking out a class. I am interested in adding a structure endurance program to what I am currently doing. What is your class schedule like and what is the cost.
