Mission CrossFit SA offers not only CrossFit classes, but Private/Semi-Private training as well as our Core CrossFit Elements class which is essential for someone who is just beginning CrossFit or to tweak your posture and technique to get the most out of your body and maximize your workouts.  Click Here to be taken to our online scheduler where you can create your own login and ID and start booking classes!

If you have NEVER tried CrossFit before, Please Call Mission CrossFit SA at (210) 865-XFIT and schedule your first FREE class!

We ask is that if you are NEW to CrossFit to please contact us about completing our Elements program with a CrossFit Coach.  Once this program is completed, you are ready to enter and begin our regular CrossFit Classes.  If you or your Coach feels there is still more work to be completed before entering our regular classes, we will continue to work with you until we feel you are fully prepared for group sessions.  If for any reason you don’t understand a movement or a workout, don’t hesitate to talk to any Coach.  We want each and every athlete to be comfortable in our group sessions and feel like they are a part of our CrossFit family.

Visiting or Dropping in for a class?  We would love to have you!  Our drop-in fee is $20 or buy a shirt.  If you plan on coming by for a full week, we do a $50/week drop-in.  

*We accept payments in the form of Cash, Check, AMEX, VISA, Discover and MasterCard.

*Personal Training Prices vary depending on the Coach.

*24-hour Cancelation Policy for all Personal Training and Elements Classes.

Elements Classes – $180 (4 x $45) — Four – 60 minute sessions, covering the CrossFit methodology and theory, MCFSA’s facility & unique equipment, and the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit – air squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high-pull and medicine ball clean. A structured workout may completes each session. There are three foundations to complete (levels 1, 2, and 3) and a final review/test. Successful completion of the CrossFit Elements Course is required to take full advantage of each class at our facility (unless you have prior experience).
