Second Chance at Grace.

This is your second chance at Grace.  She is a handful.  She will be up for the next two days with another WOD to choose from as well.  So, if you don’t get a chance at her today, you’ll have your shot Thursday.  Push yourself to improve your time or weight! This will be the last heavy day for a few days since we have been lifting weight off the ground non-stop.  So, come get your work in and enjoy some “lighter” days later this week.

**Watch this video of a few USA Weightlifters.  These women are the essence of what Olympic lifting is.  If you think you can do Clean, Jerks and Snatches well, think again.  All their weights are in Kilos (2.2lbs per Kilo), check out how much they can lift.
