**I want you to watch this video.  Annie is on the far right, Nicole in the middle.  They are two of the original CrossFit girls.  This is what a Tabata Squat is suppose to look like.  Full depth, explosion power and full extension and hip-opening at the top.  They are moving so fast that they actually leave the ground.  This is an example of the speed at which Tabata exercises are to be done.  Now, it’s your turn.

**We had a group of 16 people who came from Ft. Sam Houston this morning to try out something different than their usual PT that they do, so it was a packed house this morning!
