 In Workout of the Day

Congrats to everyone who improved in something this past month!  We had gains in strength, skill and ability across the board and we look to see that continue this month and beyond!  Stay tuned for more information on the beginning of our Yoga classes.  They are scheduled to start next week and run once a week to begin with.  If people are interested and want more time slots, we will definitely open them up!  So, tell you friends to come and visit and lets get pushing the idea of Yoga at our place!
