REMINDER: Sign up for you Paleo Challenge Final Measurements with your coach THIS WEEK.  You measurements must be in by FRIDAY or you will not be eligible to win prizes.

Saturday morning at 8 AM we will be doing our final benchmark workout for the Paleo Challenge.  There will be a brief recap and we will go right into our workouts.  Like last time, there will be a makeup time on SUNDAY at 5:30 PM for those of you who can’t make it on Saturday.  Those of you planning on attending the makeup session, please show up 10-15 minutes early to warm up since we will go straight into benchmark testing after the 4:00 PM Class.
