**This Sunday will be the first Sunday class that Mission CrossFit SA will hold! We will have a Sunday class each week at 4:00pm taught by our newest coach, Neal Bozeman. Now you have the opportunity to take class 7 days a week! Make sure to take some days off during the week as well.
