A Couple of Reminders:

TO EVERYONE INTERESTED IN COMPETING FOR OUR TEAM IN THE OPEN: We will be holding a meeting THIS WEDNESDAY, Jan. 22 @ 7:30 PM to go over how we will be deciding on the team this year.  If you plan on competing for a spot on the team, you must attend or talk to Coach Nick about qualifying for our team.

This Friday we will only be having a 5 AM, 5:30 AM, and 6:30 AM Classes.  We will have open gym hours in the afternoon that will be announced later today.

Saturday there will a class held at 7 AM.

BOTH FRIDAY AND SATURDAY MORNING THE GYM MUST BE CLEARED BY 8 AM, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
