Don’t forget that we will be open all day tomorrow, but will be CLOSED on Saturday for New Year’s Day.  There will also be NO yoga tonight.


1:00 Jumping Jacks

10 – 1 Scale of:



Fence Drills (15 reps)

10 “Fast” Burpees


*To complete all of the following:

40 Tire Flips

500m Row

4 x 200m Run

200 Sit-ups

100 Burpees

*You cannot start at Tire Flips or Row.

*If you come to Tire Flips or Row and someone is working, then you must perform something else rather than wait.  If you have finished everything else, then you perform jumping jacks until the station opens.
