In Workout of the Day

Over the next few weeks, you will being seeing a few additions to our Coaching Staff. They will be assisting in classes and soon will be teaching their own classes. They will also be helping out during the Paleo Challenge to answer any and all questions for you.  We have a growing community and these new coaches want to be a part of that.  They see what CrossFit has done for their lives and how it has become more than just a workout to them and they want to share that with you.  There are here to help in any way they can!
