In Workout of the Day

This Saturday there will only be a 9:00am class.  The reason for this is we will be performing “Murph” in honor of Memorial Day!  We are going to participate in the CrossFit Memorial Day “Murph” annual event where CrossFit tries to get every gym to perform Murph on Memorial Day.  So, come prepared to run this crazy WOD at 9am this coming Saturday!  If you have a 20lb vest….bring it…

10 Gate Swings

15 PVC Pipe Passthrough

2 Rounds:

10 Plank Circles (each direction)

10 Plank Pulses


30 Lift-Hand Push-ups

400m Run

20 DB/KB Power Snatch (24/16kg or 55lb/35lb)
