SKILL #2: Max Height Box Jump (or Tabata Box Jumps)

WOD: On The Minute Every Minute

Chest-to-Bar Pull-up

Lift-Hand Push-up

Air Squats

*Increase 1 Rep per minute for each exercise until failure

< 5 Rounds (50 Burpees)

5-10 Rounds (25 Burpees)
