CrossFit is a core Strength and Conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general and inclusive.  CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you perform in real life – pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying and sprinting.

Mission CrossFit San Antonio sets its foundation in its coaching staff, who above all else, love and support our members – always keeping in mind each individual’s personal fitness goals. We understand the unique needs of our members, and we strive to meet those needs each and every day. We hold one another accountable as family and friends, and we share in each other’s triumphs and frustrations alike.

CrossFit Classes

The CrossFit Elements Package is your first step in attending standard CrossFit classes. This program is designed to allow the coaching staff to observe and evaluate your ability and prepare you for standard classes. This gives the coaches a chance to see what limitations you may have, modifications you may need and decide what is safe for you to do during a workout.

Mission Strength

Mission Strength is for the athlete who is interested in focusing their efforts on pure strength. This program follows the West Side Barbell Conjugate system and focuses on the three major powerlifting movements: Bench, Squat and Deadlift. By combining dozens of accessory exercises to accompany the three major lifts, Mission Strength gives athletes the opportunity to have serious gains in strength in a short amount of time.

Mission Sport

The Mission Sport Program is designed for the athlete who has progressed from standard CrossFit classes and is looking to get more time in the gym, is looking to compete at CrossFit and has progressed to a point in their training where they feel they can complete all the basic and advanced movements as well as all barbell movements that CrossFit encompasses.

Elements Course

The Elements Program is our effective way of preparing you for regular group classes. When it comes to learning the complex Olympic lifts and more difficult gymnastics movements we utilize, the one-on-one or two-on-one format of the Private Elements can’t be beat. You will learn everything you need to know for our regular group classes in the 4 Elements sessions. Elements are by appointment only.

Try a Free Class

First, attend one of our Free Intro Workouts. For your intro class, you are welcome to come to any one of our CrossFit Classes on our schedule. Each class includes an introduction to the coaches and community, a short discussion about our methodology, a dynamic warm-up, a workout that can be completed by people of all fitness levels, and time to answer questions. After the workout, we will discuss how our programming philosophy can be a good fit for you and go over different membership options.

Get primed and ready for class 

The CrossFit Elements Package is your first step in attending standard CrossFit classes. This program is designed to allow the coaching staff to observe and evaluate your ability and prepare you for standard classes. This gives the coaches a chance to see what limitations you may have, modifications you may need and decide what is safe for you to do during a workout.

The Elements sessions cover the CrossFit methodology and theory, Mission CrossFit SA’s facility & unique equipment, and the fundamental movements of CrossFit. We will also dedicate time to teach you how to modify movements, how to mobilize to increase flexibility, and set training goals.

Successful completion of the CrossFit Elements Course is required without previous CrossFit experience to take full advantage of any class at our facility.

WHAT IS THE COST

1. $200 for 4 sessions per client
2. $300 for 4 sessions per couple (all 4 sessions must be completed together or will be charged the additional $100)
