Women’s Program

Our Women’s Program is designed for all of the extraordinary women at Mission CrossFit San Antonio. Whether you attend the Women’s-Only classes or beat the boys at 5:30am, our events, seminars, and outings are for you!

Women’s-Only Classes

Our Women’s-Only classes follow the same CrossFit programming as every other class at Mission CrossFit, but provide a unique camaraderie in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. If you’ve been intimidated to try CrossFit, these classes are a great way to test the waters. Don’t think you need to get “in shape” before you come to a class! All of our workouts will be tailored to meet your abilities, regardless of your athletic experience. Our ladies have diverse backgrounds and goals – from college athletes to soccer moms, training to get back those pre-baby bodies or compete in the Reebok CrossFit Games.

Women’s-Only Classes are currently held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:30am. We also offer private and semi-private personal training. Please contact Coach Rebekah Cairns at rebekah@missioncrossfitsa.com with any questions, or to schedule your free intro session.
