Handstand Clinic

This a clinic focusing on the progression and execution of the handstand.  Coach Meagan will be breaking down the movement entirely and showing athletes what needs to be accomplished in order to obtain an ideal handstand position.  Each participant will be taken through the progression of how to kick up efficiently, proper body positioning, fall safely among other aspects. This clinic will help make your handstands and handstand push-ups easier, while building the confidence to begin learning how to handstand walk.

With 10 years of competitive gymnastics as well as 8 years of coaching gymnastics from the basic to competitive level, Coach Meagan brings the knowledge needed to take your handstand to a new level.

Athletes of all skill levels are encouraged to attend

Limited to 25 Athletes.

Pre-Req: The ability to perform to following:
– Be able to kick up to a handstand independently
– :30 Handstand hold against the wall (only feet touching the wall)
