The Mission Teen Program

For Current and Prospective Junior High and High School Students
An intensive, six-week summer program designed to help Junior High and High School students become healthier, stronger and stay active.
You’ll train under Head Coach Alfonso “Junior” Delfin to develop proper technique, strength and build conditioning while having fun and staying active.
Whether you are newer to working out, or are currently participating in sports, the Mission Teen Program will give you the tools to learn how to lift properly, execute teamwork and how to challenge yourself.
We’ll use individually tailored weightlifting, sprinting, and conditioning drills to ensure that you leave our program better than you arrived: stronger, faster and confident. While others may be staying indoors playing video games, you’ll be improving yourself and getting better every week.
- Six weeks of training, three days a week
- All sessions conducted in our San Antonio facility
- Mid-morning session time available

Junior Delfin has over 7 years of experience making people from all walks of life stronger and healthier. He is a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach and holds multiple CrossFit certifications. He lives in San Antonio with his family and is the General Manager of Mission CrossFit San Antonio.
