Today you will either perform the Open WOD or complete the following to make sure you get a full workout in and not just 3:00!  If you want to perform the Open WOD and test yourself, you are more than welcome to!

2014 CrossFit Games Open WOD 14.2

Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:

From 0:00-3:00

2 rounds of:

10 overhead squats

10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 3:00-6:00

2 rounds of:

12 overhead squats

12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00

2 rounds of:

14 overhead squats

14 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds

WARM-UP

400m Run

Plyos

STRENGTH

Power Cleans (3×3) @ roughly 75% of your max Power Clean

WOD

12min AMRAP

10 OHSQ (95/65)

10 CTB Pull-ups
