If you haven’t already, make sure to sign-up for a time to get your pictures and measurements done with on of the trainers at the gym.  There is a sign-up sheet by the office with times during all of next week.  Without your pictures and measurements, you won’t be eligible for winning any prizes at the end of the competition. There are about 20 people signed-up so far, so get your name down!
Also, if you have signed-up for the Paleo Challenge and haven’t paid yet, please do so by this Friday, January 21st.  With the entry fee, you cannot receive the logbooks and assistance throughout the challenge.
