The 2011 CrossFit Regional competitions are coming up! Yesterday CrossFit posted the workouts for all regionals.  This is the first time they have posted the workouts so far in advance.  Every regional venue is performing the same individual and team workouts.  We have them posted on the board if you want to check them out!

20 PVC Pipe Overhead Squats

WOD: Climb The Ladder…
*You have 15min to get as far up the ladder as you can.
1 KB Swings (32/24kg)
1 Burpee
3 KBS
3 Burpees
5 KBS
5 Burpees
…until time runs out.  Your score is decided by how many repetitions you complete in 15min.
