We have a new Athlete of The Month!  So, please congratulate Jim Phillips for working his ass off the last month.  Check out the story!

We have been talking about the New Facility over the past week and how we are wanting and planning on getting in there as soon as this weekend!  We cannot wait to be able to have all of you join us in our new spot.  We are extremely fortunate to be able to have a space like we are going to have and I hope all of you enjoy it as much as we are going to!  There are also some new pictures of the new facility on the website!  Check out what went up yesterday….

We will make the OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT when we are to start classes in the new facility.  Please don’t assume we will be there one day, we will let you all know!

On a side note, when we move locations, we will be keeping classes at the current location and a new gym will be growing!  So, if you live nearby and enjoy walking to the gym you have an option to stay.  But, for sure come by and check out the new facility!  If you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask Coach Drew, Nick or Melissa.
