This announcement comes a little bit late, but it is a big one… We will be hosting an “Outlaw Way” Training Camp on January 24-26 next year.  Coach Rudy Nielsen and his coaching staff will be hosting the seminar and it will cover everything from olympic lifting to powerlifting to gymnastics.  Coach Nick and Coach Amy attended this seminar earlier this year and not only gained a TON of knowledge and information over the course of the weekend, but also had a blast while doing it.

We STRONGLY recommend and endorse Coach Rudy Nielsen, his team, and his programming.  Coach Drew and Coach Nick both use pieces of his programming as part of their strength and conditioning programs that I’m sure many of you have seen our athletes doing.  For some reason the registration isn’t up yet, but once it opens we strongly encourage anyone interested to get signed up ASAP.  Ask any of our coaches for more info.
