1 Hip Snatch

4:00 EMOM
1 Hang Snatch

4:00 EMOM
1 Full Snatch

3:00 EMOM
5 Snatch DL at final weight

WOD:

100 KBS (24/16kg)

Every minute: Stop and perform 6 goblet squats
