The most recent article posted on the CrossFit Journal talks all about how training with the right athletes make you a better athlete. CrossFit New England tested an event which was held for anyone who qualified for the regional in their region, to come and all workout together. As many as you know, when you workout in a room with just 1 or 2 people it is intense, but when there at 10-30 people, the dynamic completely changes. Especially when you are a fire-breather and are looking for people to chase and not being ahead of others. When you’re put in a room with 10 other fire-breathers who can all put you in your place in a matter of seconds, it’s very humbling and satisfying feeling knowing there is more out there and much more to gain.
