WE ARE CHANGE CHALLENGE 2015

2014 is over, and so begins 2015. Have you accomplished what you set out to accomplish at the start of the year? As 2015 begins, we are getting ready for a change, and you can be a part of that change.

This year we will be having the first annual We Are Change Challenge that will be like no other challenge we have ever had. This challenge will create a space for you to grow yourself along side your other gym members.

Adapting a new nutritional lifestyle or crushing your CrossFit goals are not easy feats alone, but the We Are Change Challenge will ensure that you are never alone, as you will be competing as a team with a coach alongside you through the whole transformational journey.

We are challenging a limited group of Mission CrossFit members to join us in the 6-week revolution for their nutrition, their fitness goals, their strength goals, and their life goals.

Every We Are Change Challenge participant will be assigned to a team that will be led by a Mission coach. Each team will compete against one another for overall inches lost, overall body fat lost, and Team Challenge scores.

Are you willing to challenge yourself? Are you ready to crush your goals? What would you choose to do if you knew you could not fail?

Your success can be as great as you allow it, as you will have the full support of your be The Change team and your coach.

As a participant you will receive:
– Before/After Pictures and Measurements
– T-shirt
– Mission Coach to hold you accountable and report to
– Bi-weekly Saturday workouts
– Bi-weekly challenges
– a few more things

Any time during the week of Monday, January 12th – Friday, January 16th

Wednesday, January 14th – 7:30pm – 8:30pm
Sunday, January 18th – 5:00pm – 6:00pm
