With the CrossFit Open coming up and the time of the year competitions become the norm, I thought I’d throw something together that makes you feel like you’re competing a little more!  If you fall behind after the first workout (“The Decision Maker”), then you will have a real hard time catching back up.


Jump Rope Warm-up

Spider Walks (2 passes)

Drop Back Lunge/Twist (10 each)

10 Burpees

20 Jumping Squats

#1 WOD – “Karen” (10min)

150 Wall Ball Shots for Time (20/14)

*5min Rest

#2 WOD – 100/75 Pull-ups for Time

*5min Rest

#3 WOD – 500m Row
