This Tuesday and Wednesday we will measuring our CrossFit Totals (CFT). It is a combined total weight of your 1 rep max (1RM) of Shoulder Press, Back Squat and Deadlift. It has been about 3 months since our last one, so those of you who were here for that, come and find out what has changed!
For those of you who haven’t done your CFT here yet, it’s a great way to measure your overall strength and see how much weight you can work with and how far you’ve progressed when you measure it a second time.
There will be an option to do a WOD on both days (the same WOD on both days) if you choose not to do CFT. If you do CFT on Tuesday, you will do the WOD on Wednesday and vice versa.
