Seal Jumps

PVC Shoulder/Hamstring Warm-up

STRENGTH

3 Shoulder Press – 5 Push-Press – 7 Jerk (any way)

*3 attempts to find max weight

*cannot rack or drop bar during a set

WOD

For Time:

40 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)

30 Box Jumps (30″/24″)

20 Weighted Lunges (#45/25) – 10 per leg

10 Russian Twists (each side)

20 Weighted Lunges

30 Box Jumps

40 Wall Ball Shots
